The AAH is still not very popular and, seemingly, a long way off the mainstream. I would encourage anyone who is interested in this subject to search through these links and read as much about the subject as you can. Then make your own mind up.

Particularly good image library of the hominid fossil record. Maintained by David Kreger, a regular contributor to the AAH forum.	Newsgroup The sci.anthropology.paleo newsgroup is a more general (and also anti-AAH). Go here if you are not convinced and want to read more aqua-sceptic or general views.
Elaine Morgan's grandson, Dewi Morgan's site about the AAH	Anthropology human Origins Web Site	Jim Moore's particularly critical anti-AAH web site. Very hostile to Elaine Morgan, personally. Proceedings of "Water and human evolution" Symposia 1999 in Ghent http://allserv.rug.ac.be/~mvaneech/Symposium.html	Human Evolution Message board	John Langdon's Paper "UMBRELLA HYPOTHESES AND PARSIMONY IN HUMAN EVOLUTION: A CRITIQUE OF THE AQUATIC APE HYPOTHESIS" is the only one specifically focused on the AAH to be published in the Journal of Human Evolution. The paper is very critical of Elaine Morgan's earlier books but does not make very substantive criticism of the AAH. Judge for yourself.

The Interglacial hypothesis Although this site is run by someone claiming to be "Mr Interglacial" don't be put off too much. I think it makes some very interesting points about the potential affect that rises and falls in sea levels might have had on our evolution.
